Dalene oversees the Hardwood Department, managing cabinet frames, doors, paneled ends, and trim while also handling all ordering and receiving. She plays a key role in keeping production moving by stepping in to support other departments whenever needed.

Outside of work, Dalene enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places. She is passionate about her children and their happiness.
