Joe has been in the construction industry since 1994. He began his career in the electrical field, working his way from apprentice to Master Electrician and eventually owning his own electrical company. In 2010, he transitioned from electrical work to building custom homes. While rewarding, Joe felt called to create a product that pushed his creativity and could be offered to a wider audience—leading to the founding of WoodHouse Cabinetry.

Today, Joe oversees all aspects of design and factory operations, including production, workflow improvements, day-to-day operations, and client projects. 

Outside of work, Joe loves Jesus and loves to talk about the goodness of God. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife of almost 28 years, their adult children, and especially their grandbabies. His hobbies include bowhunting, fishing, and tinkering in his shop.
