Lauryn graduated from College of the Ozarks in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and joined the team shortly thereafter. She oversees HR, payroll, accounting, and marketing, supporting the company’s daily operations and long-term success. Lauryn is passionate about learning, organization, and creating efficient systems that allow teams and processes to run smoothly.

Deeply rooted in her faith, Lauryn strives to live by Colossians 3:12 and the reminder to “have courage and be kind.” Outside of work, Lauryn enjoys reading, painting, writing, and exploring creative outlets. She cherishes time with friends and family, values meaningful conversations, and is always eager to learn something new. She also adores her dog, who is rarely far from her side.
