Melissa serves as Efficiency Director, where she focuses on streamlining processes to improve productivity and workflow across the company. She brings 18 years of experience in lean manufacturing, including metal fabrication and assembly line operations, along with training in Dale Carnegie Supervision, 5S, and Six Sigma.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. She is passionate about her family and believes in balancing faith and work. A notable fun fact about Melissa is her enthusiasm for karaoke—she’s always ready to take the stage.
