Rebecca serves as Flatline Sanding Director, where she plans daily production goals, assigns tasks across raw sanding, final sanding, and staining, and leads her team to stay on schedule. She monitors workflow throughout the day, focusing her attention where it’s needed most and coordinating closely with the coatings department to ensure product moves efficiently and on time.

Rebecca brings years of both professional and hands-on woodworking experience to her role. She was raised around carpentry through her grandfather and has worked in custom woodworking from start to finish. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys hiking, listening to music, and reading. She is passionate about spending time with her family — her husband and two sons — and is driven by pride in her workmanship, believing that every product reflects her name as much as the company’s.
