Shawn leads the Towline Coatings Department, responsible for ensuring paint and sanding quality on cabinets while managing the cabinet spraying process. His work ensures that every piece meets the company’s exacting standards for finish and craftsmanship.

Outside the workplace, Shawn enjoys farming and building personal computers. He is guided by a strong work ethic, values family, and appreciates the satisfaction of a productive day.
